She handles each client’s marketing strategy and advertising roll-out. For sellers, from the moment your listing is signed with Andrea Morrison, Kelly takes on the tasks of getting your yard sign in place, creating and implementing listings in the MLS system, posting longer descriptive listings online at this site and others, and publishing beautiful product brochures. She follows through on all buyer appointments and showings, and ensures you’re well-informed and up-to-date on feedback from both buyers and other real estate sales representatives.

After 8 successful years in real estate on her own, Carmen decided to join Andrea and her Team. “I am both honoured and privileged to work with such a dynamic group of Agents. I look forward to working with and for her.” Carmen has a degree from the University of Toronto in Fine Art and a degree in Textiles from the Ontario College of Art. Her previous careers as a Visual Display Manager and Social Worker have assisted her greatly in her real estate endeavours. She is able to give creative vision and see beyond the obvious. She can read people well and often knows before her clients do, what they want.

Carmen has lived and worked in High Park for over 20 years. She and her husband John have 2 beautiful children. When not working, this family of 4 can be found playing volleyball at Sunnyside Beach.
